Test Stand High Pressure Industrial Water (HPIW) Pipe Replacement – NASA Stennis
Stennis Space Center, MS

Healtheon performed the demo of existing piping system and construction / installation of over 3,500 linear feet of 96" diameter steel HPIW line from building 4400 to the B Test Stand. This provides water for cooling and acoustic suppression for testing the core stage of NASA’s new space launch system that involves the simultaneous firing of four RS-25 engines. High Pressure Industrial Water (HPIW) Supplement Pump – NASA Stennis
Stennis Space Center, MS

This Design / Build completed by Healtheon included the procurement and installation of 25,000-gpm pump, motor and skid foundation along with the supporting systems at the HPIW Plant. Healtheon also installed and integrated a series of new valves, gates, pump and electrical system to the existing NASA system. CPARS Rating: Exceptional

Helium Compressor Refurbish / Replacement – NASA Stennis
Stennis Space Center, MS

Healtheon installed two 400 SCFM Helium compressors, two 100-ton fluid coolers and piping for the Gas House at Building 3305. The new equipment was then integrated into the existing facility infrastructure. Concrete foundations, piping and electrical equipment were demolished, and a 20,000-gallon Liquid Nitrogen pressure tank was removed and replaced. CPARS Rating: Exceptional
